Let the creator add a time when marketplace listing is allowed. It should be the earlier of 1) selling out, 2) two weeks.

I think this should happen on the frontend. Because to do this, the marketplace contract would have to query the collection contract... and that creates a dependency where marketplace now has to be updated whenever there's a new type of collection contract.
