Closes #457

I wasn't sure where to put the page exactly so I put it under Tutorials in the community section for now.
This is largely based on https://github.com/pterodactyl/panel/tree/1.0-develop/.github/docker.

Todos:

  • Explain custom .env more
  • Explain custom SSL cert
  • Explain node setup (config.yml)

Also, not to be difficult but with my Debian 11 pr I was asked to always use curl to download files. As that is by default installed.
