An initial naive attempt at this failed, but I don't remember how / why?

Ideally, we'd be able to view the neo4j GUI on a Jupyter server proxied path.

It might also be worth exploring starting the neo4j service via a JupyterLab button or notebook New menus options?

More elaborate would be a notebook tab rendering the UI, or a custom JupyterLab extension to embed the UI as a JupyterLab panel.
