I've casually seen this issue
you don't need a js library to attach an event listener to some elements ... you can use vanilla JS, for example:
const elements = document.querySelectorAll("<selector>"); elements.forEach(function(elem) { elem.addEventListener("click", function(event) { // ... }); });
