At such time, support with psi-probe will also drop said support. We will release one final release at or around that time before dropping support.

extended this out a bit as 4.1.5 release is overdue and want to make sure users are good with issues experience recently before dropping that.

Adjust date again to point where tomcat makes it no longer downloadable per their EOL policy. Tomcat has committed since with possibility of another release but still listed as unlikely.
