Files will be kept indefinitely as long as they are downloaded at least once every month? #262

Does this web app support retaining the files if it's downloaded at least once every month?
Only delete the file if it hasn't been downloaded for more than a month.

not in the current implementation. If the exceed time limit is reached, the files will be deleted
The retention time and the time of creation are stored in an .json file. It`s possible to increase the retention time of a download happen. but this should not be the default behavior, so that such a bucket must be flagged somehow

Maybe the owner can comment if that's a valid point
