Missing support for arcade systems.

Hello,I would like to kindly ask if it's possible to implement OPL for the Namco Systems 246 and 256.

This would save a lot of people in the arcade community from replacing hard to find dvd drives and it would enable the possibility of booting games from devices like MX4SIO.

SD2PSX already supports these systems and it would be a nice addition to it,thanks.
