If rpm-ostree cleanup is used to remove the rollback deployment upon UKI regeneration the stale deployment's UKI will not be removed or overwritten. It is possible to workaround this situation with manual intervention.

Since I have UKIs that are not managed by this script in my ESP, if I address this, I'll need to be careful only to remove managed images.
