can anyone build dummy databases of the size of only a few MB for different biodbs which are still big enough to produce valid outputs? This would be helpful for writing tests and for creating a proper development environment which is detached from the olt system.

I have a couple of important deadlines to take care of presently, but as soon as I am done I will get to this.

This would be helpful since I'm trying to get docker to work rn. Maybe we need to talk about which tools to enable in the docker image.

I think just using small real ones is okay. Nowadays we do have git-lfs... (using it for ML models so far).
