This error was produced when there were multiple values placed in columns without headers: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1mUTMfLLZHVBVpFwM1Eaa0fEV42DabOvgoEo0VpCp7uQ/edit#gid=0

A duplicate header column, , was found. Please rename the column in your source spreadsheet and continue again (below).

This error was produced when I tried to upload a CSV of this data set: https://data.baltimorecity.gov/Public-Safety/BPD-Arrests/3i3v-ibrt
