I've seen that in the last years thousands of people visited propelorm.org coming from its small wikipedia article: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Propel_(PHP) Maybe we should invest some minutes to improve this article? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Doctrine_(PHP) Doctrine has a better article with demo code and summarize box at the right etc :-) What do you think?

Yes, it's a good idea ! 👍

Maybe we can show some tiny examples, just to showcase the basic API (like the site's homepage does with the gif image). We could also add a list of the main features under the "Features" section and mention the supported RDBMSs plus the difference between Propel 1.x and the upcoming version 2 (in a nutshell I mean).
