Spawned from #134, where @ForbesLindesay observes that passing values instead of functions to then is very common and that it'd be good practice for implementations to warn on such occurrences. There are other best practices we could recommend, like not including fulfill methods (and explaining why), or not putting the resolution functions on the promise itself.
