Feature: Optional plaid integration or alternatives

Current behavior

Currently we only have gocardless which is currently not available in North America. In order to reach and accommodate more international users, it would be great to add plaid as an option for users.

Not sure where most of our future users will reside in but I am personally in North America and would like to use this app without having to manually add my assets.

Suggested solution

Ideally user's should have the flexibility to decide which connector to use.
Can we provide this flexibility?

To Do:

• Review current gocardless implementation and evaluate what needs to happen to integrate Plaid as well.
• What other connectors can we have and what does the costs look like? We will need to understand this for the hosted version
• Identify impact to front end/back end

Once the above is discussed we can create smaller issues for the community to work on.
