Errors in log

I am having no luck getting ProjectSend to connect to Mariadb. They are each in their own adjacent containers inside Synology Container Manager. They appear to be up and running according to Container Manager. I can SSH into mariadb.

As part of my debugging I noticed these 3 errors. Can anyone shed light on what this means?

I am also having the same issue, cannot get past the initial set up page even though it says everything is ok.
