Provide fully self hosted setup via docker-compose.yaml

It would be really nice to have a fully self hosted setup of promocms, usable via a docker-compose.yaml.

Supabase, can be self hosted I know, but for vercel I am not sure what to use.

If you have some suggestions I can try to develop a docker setup.

Definitely! Being able to set up a fully self-hosted version (including self-hosted supabase) would be awesome. Not sure about hosting either but I'm sure there's a good solution for that too. I'm not very familiar with Docker help would be very appreciated.
