Number Format on Orders page not honored

Problem and impact

When setting the Region to United States, this changes the number/decimal format to 1,234.56 instead of 1.234,56 in most places, however the "Orders" page still shows 1.234,56

Expected behaviour

Expect number format to be consistent across all pages per the region.

Steps to reproduce

1. Set Region to United States of America
2. Make a sale
3. Look at the Orders page to see the number format remains 1.234,56

What language does your backend-user have? Go to account settings (click on your username in the top right corner in the pretix backend). That language affects the number format in the backend.
