update-check: incorrect time "Last updated"

Problem and impact

When you click on "Check for updates now" in Update-Check the "Last updated" time is not in the local timezone.

At the moment it is -1h to the/my local time (Germany wintertime)

Expected behaviour

show "Last updated" in local time

Can you show what timezone the page says? Every backend page hast a time zone at the very bottom
