Premailer-specific CSS for table borders?

Is there a reason there isn’t a -premailer-border Premailer-specific CSS attribute for setting the border attribute on tables easily? It seems like an oversight to me given that there are attributes for cellpadding and cellspacing, but I figured there might be a non-obvious reason why it was left out.

I’m happy to make a pull request for it if it makes sense to add!

What's the status on this? Can it be that <table border="0"> and <table style="border: 0"> has the same effect in the majority of clients?
