Hi! Just wanted to flag a couple of things:

• the readme file notes that the "01_data_cleaning.R" code only cleans and saves the data but I'm seeing that a number of tables are created as well (I would recommend moving the tables to another coding file)
• I think the tables are noted in the readme file as a part of 02_regression_analysis
• the clean function clears the outputs but doesn't clear the cleaned datasets (I think this may be a personal choice but it becomes redundant to run) "make data"
• the readme file notes under FluRSV_Report.Rmd that the data is read in from "data/raw/" but it looks like its read from just the data folder
