I think after a Mac update or possibly a security control update from my company, I can’t get Karabiner to work.
I get no prompt to Allow Karabiner in Privacy & Security, and when I try to Deactivate the driver, restart my MBP, and reactivate, I see “Activation was failed. (error: 1)

Anyone got any clues?

Same here. For me its' caused by a change of system-extension-policy in a MDM profile, see #2636 (comment)
