Karabiner-Elements not functioning

Okay, so I got a Mac-mini with Mac OS Sonoma 14.4.1.
And a HP Pavillion wired keyboard 300 QWERTY, due to gaming purposes i've always been using my Fkeys, there I run into a problem because this keyboard has no Fn lock button. Now I have tried everything I can find online but even when I setup Karabiner Elements, no changes will apply to my Mac, theres no proper explanation on how to get it to work, ive used the Eventviewer but no matter what I do I cant get any key to change.
Please help me out.

I think I'm having the same issue, MAC OS Sonoma 14.4.1, Karabiner 14.13.0, two simple modifications I've had working for years suddenly don't work.

I've also been having issues as well, only after updating to 14.4.1, 14.4 was working fine. I just redirect Caps lock to Delete and have a complex modification that modifies the fn keys for an app, both don't work anymore
