Folding Widgets When They Are Too Long

There is a small problem for the current implementation. When the number of items in the widget is large, the widget will become very long. We would like to have it folded when the number of items exceeds certain value.

The widgets that need to be folded are archives, tags, categories, etc. Also for tags specifically, we would like to have it sorted in a descending order.

An ideal solution will be something like this, where we have a button to expand or redirect us to the full content.
