This repo may also need upgrading to avoid the db.type() deprecated warning as mentioned in other repos such as pouchdb-community/pouchdb-replication-stream#63, which references pouchdb/pouchdb#6106

Am using the https://github.com/litehelpers/Cordova-sqlite-storage with this adapter... which should not be the source of these warnings, right?
