I don't get the Disable WIP option

I've got my configuration working pretty well. The only thing that is missing is I want to only enable WIP when I am touching the right touchpad. The README suggests that I use this thing that I boxed in red to do this:

But mine simply does not have this "Disable WIP" at all. All I see is "Enable WIP" with nothing below it.

How do I enable this?

I am using the Mar 5, 2022 build with a Valve Index HMD and controllers.
