fetchmail: specify smtphost via gui

Hi, I checked out the fetchmail.pl script. There is an option extra_options, for which also a column in the database is available.

If postfixadmin is running in a kubernetes environment it could be possible, that the smtp server is running under an other IP/DNS name. To specify the smtp server to which mails should be forwarded can be the option smtphostfrom fetchmail defined in the column extra_options, but there is no field in the gui to specify extra_options like smtp_host. Can you please add a field to specify extra_options or directly smtphost via own column?
