Details about the problem

I can't set effects and colors in the mouse when any profile is selected by a button on the bottom of the mouse (profile indicator is red or blue). I created profiles in the official app to save macros in mouse firmware. Now I want to save effects on that profiles in Polychromatic but it doesn't work. When I switch back to "white" profile (which is called actual profile in manual) everything is working fine.

Operating System / Desktop Environment / Version(s)

Ubuntu 22.04
KDE 5.24.7

Affected Devices

Razer DeathAdder V2

Unfortunately, neither OpenRazer or Polychromatic support onboard memory profiles. I guess it's expected that it only works with the white profile if that's the default.

OpenRazer would have to be the place to integrate this feature. I couldn't find an open issue on OpenRazer specifically about that "profile" button or onboard memory. The last I recall was that it hasn't been reverse engineered:

OK, thank you for the clarification. I will look for some workaround to map buttons in a different way.
