  • BUG
  • FEATURE

Ticket list much to confusing when multiple projects and customers are involved

Something like pre-saved filters showed as buttons. This would probably be the best way since it would enable us to work much more project and/or customer oriented in the ticket list
OR also enough a gridlike group overview in the dashboard which jumps to the prefiltered ticket list.

You need to know: Truedesk looks extremely promising - for us this would be the only thing really missing

  • Trudesk Version: 1.1.7
  • OS Ubuntu 18.04
  • Node.JS Version: Docker Installation
  • MongoDB Version: Docker Installation
  • Is this hosted on cloud.trudesk.io: self-hosted

Kind regards

Is the current implementation of filters working for you?
If the filters give you everything you require I can implement a save filter feature relatively quick.
