Why existential deposit is removed from transfer? #1297

In our network we configured the existential deposit to be equal to 1 TKN. If I transfer 2 TKN from an account to a newely created account using ethereum api, the new account has 2 TKN on substrate (
system.account), buteth.getBalance(and metamask, for example) shows the balance equaled to 1 TKN.I found that it's expected. But why? And what can I do to ethereum balances being equal to substrate balances?
