(Feature) Dutch-Crowdsale page: change goal's design

Problem :
The goal of crowdsale should be constant. For dutch strategy the goal is shown as result of tier supply/current rate. It works for minted strategy when the rate is always constant.
But for dutch startey the current rate is changing during the crowsale time, the goal is changing too.

Possible solution:

• show goal as a constant value = tier supply/ start rate
  OR
• show only Total Raised Funds for dutch crowdsale

I'm ok with the idea of removing the Goal for the Dutch Auction.

The constant option seems a bit misleading
