shaddeh and damah characters missing

I have a missing-character issue resulting in the square symbols, I explicitly added these ~apostrophy codes 064F, 0651, but still no result.

We replace Shadda + Fatha, Shadda + Kasra, Shadda + Damma combinations into a single character.

You should generate the fonts with the range files provided in RTLTMPro under the ranges folder. You can add additional characters to these ranges but we don't expect for some of these characters to be missing.

If you want to just add the Tashkeel characters to your ranges, you can find all the values this plugin recognizes under TashkeelCharacters.cs.

The ArabicTashkeel demo scene works out of the box with the segoe UI font we provide with the asset.
