Cannot Click on UI Button When the Touchscreen keyboard is Open.

I am making the Chat Like System for IOS and Android, But there are Few Issue's.
1- When the Touchscreen keyboard is Open And there is the Send Button of UI Above the Touchscreen key. When Try to Click on the send button the Keyboard Closes and We have to Click on the button again to make the Send Button Functionality Work. Is there Any Why to That we can click on the Send button Once It Closes the Keyboard and at the Same Time the Send button Fictionality Works.
2- We have the Scroller in the System when the touchscreen keyboard is active and we have the previous sent and Received messages in the Scroller, when try to scroll, the keyboard closes. Expected Functionality, When the Keyboard is Open and we try to Scroll to Read the Old Messages the Scroller should Work perfectly fine and the keyboard remains' Open.
