[ESLINT] incompatibility issue with the import/no-extraneous-dependencies rule

Context

I have a project where valtio is installed and working. I also have it in the package.json as dependencie.
I have set-up the following rule on my eslintrc:

"rules": {
        "import/no-extraneous-dependencies": 0
      }

Some system info.
VSCODE 1.84.1
MacOS 14.0

Issue

What is expected

No issues with eslint import rules

After a full restart of my Vscode looks like some cache was cleaned.
