Update looping animation with new "to:"

I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction?

What I'm trying to accomplish is to update the looping animation with a new "to:" value. It works right now, however, I'd like it to be a smooth transition. One that updates the values on the fly and doesn't re-start the loop.
