在为 Artalk 配置 Upgit 的又拍云上传器时，一直返回 401 Unauthorized 错误，无法正常上传。

启用 verbose 日志记录后能看到 Upgit 已经获取到了配置，但是配置项显示为 qcloudcos（腾讯云 COS）。

又拍云的操作员是新创建的专门用于 Upgit 的，拥有应有的所有权限。
