Time to migrate examples to PSS?

PSP will be removed in 1.25, which is scheduled for release in less than 3 months (23rd August 2022).

Hi @joebowbeer, thanks for raising this again now that some time has passed. I'd welcome a PR to remove the PSP exampls and add some for the new PSP.

Please note that the policy in the examples/ folder are just that, examples -- they are not intended to be a policy library.
