dtdcompare report of comparison of JATS Publishing 1.3 and TaxPub shows that JATS hreflang attribute (https://jats.nlm.nih.gov/publishing/tag-library/1.3/attribute/hreflang.html) seems to be missing from many generic JATS elements in TaxPub
