What exactly should be updated?

When getting the status of the PR, we check for a complete status on any of environment.push environment.activate environment.redeploy environment.branch at line 54. If the build fails to deploy on the platform.sh side, we'll still receive a complete status, but once we attempt to retrieve the URL for the environment at line 83 we'll receive the error message: Current deployment not found
