Configure initial build setup for landing page and documentation.

scope:
This is meant as a starting point, not the full blown design nor documentation etc. it's a process.

It would be great with a landing page, documentation and ADR's template.

Create a documentation folder in the repository root (it relates to everything in the repository)

[BLOCKED]: Waiting for graphics logo etc. to be ready
