Simplify the Generator class/interface

Implementing a Generator is hard, but we want to encourage folks to create them, so we should make it simple.

One of the hardest distinction is the difference between getDefaultConfig() vs _getConfigFileContents(), which mostly do the same thing from an end user perspective.

Tests that validates the flow of Meraki must be generate automatically.
