Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently it is a two step process have a Plasma chain & explorer running for your local node. You've got to install the plasma-chain and also clone the explorer repo.

Describe the solution you'd like
The explorer should be directly integrated into the operator CLI. So you just type plasma-chain explorer serve and it serves a block explorer pointing at your local node.
