It might be more approachable when talking about operators (sections like Decentralizing the Operator) to discuss other reasons (besides asset safety) why having a more complex and varied set of operators is important, from an engineering perspective. Things like reliability and robustness of the operator network (if one machine goes down in a multi-party consensus, then consensus still occurs and txns still get published), as well as the ability to integrate key-cycling and other important engineering concerns of modern blockchain systems.
