Medium Feed Items don't show author name and associated picture anymore #724

Describe the bug

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to https://localhost:5001/Preview
Hover over the feed items that don't have an author name or circular picture
You'll notice that they are all medium articles

Expected behavior
Author name and picture should appear next to feed items

Version: Latest

Additional context
This is also causing the Twitter handle PR #721 to not add twitter handles to medium articles
