Describe the bug
When searching for a single keyword in a large journal, the HTTP server often timeouts, while the database keeps processing the query for minutes.

Database:
MySQL 8.3 + SSDK disk + ~4GB RAM allocated based on settings from https://github.com/major/MySQLTuner-perl

Row counts:
submissions = 9K
submission_search_keyword_list = 542K
submission_search_objects = 69K
submission_search_object_keywords = 18M

What application are you using?
OJS 3.4
