Hello,

We have both issue and article DOIs enabled in the plugin settings, but only an "Articles" tab appears in the plugin interface, the listings of which don't seem to include the full issue DOI. The plugin appears to have registered the issue DOI just fine, and it is resolving without any problem, I am just surprised not to see its status listed in the interface, nor does it seem like one could manually validate or manually deposit the issue DOI as a consequence.

Just making sure this is working as designed. Thanks!

Hey @cjwetherington, could you let me know which version of OJS and which version of the Crossref plugin you're using? Thanks!

Hi, @ewhanson, many thanks for the reply. We're on 3.3.0-15. I'm not sure of the plugin version; I think it's part of core? I don't see an entry for it in the Gallery. I don't have shell access, unfortunately, but I can inquire with our admin if something more specific is needed.

Thanks @cjwetherington, that should be all the info I need for now. I'll have a look and see if I can find anything.

My sincere thanks. In case screenshots might be helpful, here are our settings:

No "Issue" tab appears in the plugin GUI:

Yet the plugin created and registered the issue DOI just fine, and it's rendering on the issue's page:
