Feature request : replace t_ignore_*_prefix by t_ignore_*_regex

The project is good and functional, do you plan to improve it in the future ?

If yes, instead of having $conf->t_ignore_prefix, it could be more flexible to create $conf->t_ignore_regex
In my case, i want to ignore some classes with a specifi suffix or with a specific part of the name.
