I am trying to render a graph. There could potentially be tens of thousands of rectangles with different sizes. Each rectangle can be dragged, resized, and has a border and inner text. Additionally, the graph offers the possibility to zoom and pan.

To improve performance, I have opted to use Culling and BitmapText.
