Hello!

Atm the docker image is pulling from @jippi 's fork, is it possible we could either see that fork get an updated image based on the new release, or perhaps see actions added to this repo to auto build new docker images as releases come out?

According to #5036 (comment) the pixelfed/pixelfed version was due to be updated/fixed a few weeks ago...
