Gogland got renamed to Goland

Just started trying it and the rename doesn't seem to break the usage of pivotal_ide_prefs. So not urgent to do the rename here, but we should probably do it.

Looks like the directory name changed: ~/Library/Preferences/GoLand2017.3/

I think this is still an issue since this repo still has many references to gogland.

It's particularly confusing that the CLI requires gogland as the value of the --ide flag:
