[Bug] Keyboard Media Keys don't work in Edit Normal mode

In Edit Mode, media keys like Play/Pause don't work.

Additional info

It is bad for copyright work when working with audio/video and using Play/Pause as global keys in a media player.

Steps to reproduce

1. Enter Editing Mode
2. Open a media player that allows using media keys globally (e.g. MPC-BE), and add some media to play.
3. Press Play/Pause on the keyboard. See that a media won't play/pause.
