I open a PDF and hold down j in EDIT NORMAL to scroll down half a page. But when I release the j key (key up event) the page jumps back to the top.

This might not exactly be a bug but something about how Acrobat process key presses. Still thought it might be helpful to address b/c I think it also happens in other apps ...
